- Situated in Raetihi, 4Square, petrol station, couple of cafes, cosmopolitan club, playground at the end of the street.
- 11km drive to Ohakune
- Plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants, paper plus new world supermarket, ski rentals and retail, in Ohakune
- 15 Minute drive to the bottom of the Turoa Ski Field Road
- 45 mins to Whakapapa village
- Access to plenty of mountain biking trails, the Whanganui River, the Bridge to Nowhere, Tongariro Crossing.
- Bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT provided so please bring your own
Rental Details/ Terms & Conditions
- Minimum, 2 nights stay over weekends
- Cost is $280 NZ$ per night (up to 4 adults, 2 kids or 2 adults 4 kids)
- $80 cleaning fee will be added to the booking for cleaning
- A deposit of 50% of total booking fee is required to confirm your booking
- If booking is less then 14 days to the actual booking date, the full amount is due to confirm the booking
- If booking is Cancelled less than 14 days from the booking, a cancellation fee of 2 days ($280 x 2) $560 will be deducted from the total booking fee paid with remaining balance returned to you
- 50% deposit to secure/confirm booking, remaining balance to be paid 2 days before stay
- Full refund of deposit if cancelled no less that 2 weeks before stay
- No refund of deposit, if cancelled booking, is less than 2 weeks before the booking date
- Credit card transactions fees paid can not be refunded should you cancel your booking
- Bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT provided, so please bring your own
- Dogs NOT permitted
